Your privacy and your child's data

Starkid connects a school with its families, so we take the safety of children's information seriously. This is a plain-language summary — the full Privacy Policy has the complete details.

Who can see what

• Parents see only their own child's posts, attendance, messages, and details.
• Teachers and staff see information only for the students and classes they're responsible for, at their own school.
• Starkid does not sell your personal information.

How your data is used

• To run the service — showing your child's updates, messages, attendance, and the calendar.
• To send you notifications about things that matter (you control these in App Settings).

Your choices

• Notifications: turn them on or off any time — see Manage your notifications.
• Account and data: your school manages enrolment and your account. For a data request, contact your school or Starkid support. The Parent app also has a Delete Account option under My Profile → Delete Account.
