Download the Starkid Parent app

Starkid keeps you connected to your child's school — posts, attendance, messages, and the calendar. Start by installing the Parent app (not the School app) on your phone.

Steps

1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2. Search for Starkid Parent.
3. Tap Get / Install and wait for it to download.
4. Open the app. You'll land on the Welcome to Starkid screen, ready to log in.

Tip: You can also open parent.universicadigital.com in your phone's browser if you'd rather not install an app.

What if it doesn't work?

• You see "Starkid School" instead. That's the staff app. Parents need Starkid Parent.
• The app won't install. Check you have enough storage and a working internet connection, then try again.
• Not sure which app to use? If you're a parent or guardian, always use the Parent app. Teachers and school staff use the School app.
